Last night again proving what a beautiful game baseball is! Ryan Merritt goes for Cleveland with just one major league start under his belt. He’ll get clobbered right? Wrong! He was great and the Indians are in the World Series for the first time since 1997! That’s why you play the games.

I actually went with Toronto in this series and again I was wrong. I actually thought Toronto still might come back after winning game 4 or at least make Cleveland a little bit nervous.

It tells you what a remarkable and gutty performance it was by the Red Sox in 2004 comming back to win the ALCS after being down 3-0. Hey it’s only been done once. As a matter of fact until Toronto won game 4, the last time teams were down 3-0 in a series they went on to lose game 4 every time.
