Jack Healey’s Blog October 6th, 2017

We learned a couple of things last night:

Jose Altuve is pretty good.

Terry Francona knew what he was doing starting Trevor Bauer.

The Patriots can play at least a little bit of defense.

The Bruins might have a couple of good young players.

Bob Costas and Jim Kaat are great together. Kaat is a great color man. It’s amazing as he will be 79 years old in November.

Kaat has 283 career wins. His ERA might be a little high at 3.45, but why isn’t he in the Hall of Fame?

Nolan Ryan had 7 no hitters and most fans know that, but he also had 12 1-hitters.

It’s week #6 in high school football:

I was 13-2 last week to bring my record to 59-17 overall.
