I guess the first real upset of the playoffs in boys basketball was #11 Winooski defeating #6 Rivendell in the D3 playdowns last night. Everything else is pretty much according to plan.

If there is a term I hate more than momentum carrying over from game to game …it’s got to be “It’s tough to beat a team three times.”  Yes I agree it is tough to beat a team three times because it’s multiple times. The part I don’t agree with is that when that is said a team has already beaten a team twice so you don’t have to beat them three times, you only have to beat them once! It seems simple to me!
