It’s week #1 in high school football. The defending champs are Hartford in Division 1, Bellows Falls in Division 2 and Windsor in Division 3. In 2017 I look for Hartford to repeat in Division 1, Fair Haven to win in Division 2 and Windsor to repeat in Division 3.
