I had a hunch that the Jets would beat Buffalo in NFL Thursday night football, but instead of the hunch I went with the easy way and took Buffalo. Of course the Jets won 34-21.

Just thinking that according to many Tom Brady is overrated [I think he’s underrated] so of course you can insert anybody in at quarterback and there would be no difference because it’s the system. Remember Matt Cassell went 11-5 as Brady’s replacement in 2008. It’s funny because there are so many who diss the Garoppolo trade and say the Patriots made a terrible deal. If it’s the system then why worry about whether it’s Garoppolo or Brian Hoyer? You can’t have it both ways. I supported the trade not because I think Hoyer is better than Garoppolo because of course I don’t, but because the Patriots got a high 2nd round draft choice for an unrestricted free agent. That to me is still the point. Heck I rather have almost anybody other than Hoyer. I wanted Colin Kaepernick. By the way do you think Matt Cassell would’ve won any Super Bowls with the Patriots? I don’t think so!
