That was some emotional night in Miami last night. I don’t know how they did it, but the Marlins won the game.

If the pre game activities didn’t give you a big lump in your throat then you’re not human.

My struggles continue in the NFL picks. I went 8-8 and my overall record is now a mediocre 26-22.

My high school picks were much better. I went 14-2 and my overall record is now 51-13. Granted high school picks are a lot easier than the NFL picks.

After basically the halfway point of the high school football you can see teams coming to the forefront

St. Johnsbury in Division 1, Burr and Burton and Bellows Falls in Division 2 and Woodstock and Windsor in Division 3. Mill River is also undefeated in Division 3, but are they a contender or a pretender? We will begin to find out Friday night as Mill River will be hosting Woodstock. The game is Friday night under the temporary lights. Mill River started to play one game a season under the temporary lights back in 2013 and it has been very popular.
