No surprises in the first night of the boys basketball tournament. It looked like #13 Burr and Burton was going to upset #4 Missisquoi for awhile last night in Division 1, but that was not the case.

Had a discussion on the NSN Sports Show yesterday about what you consider to be a “Dark Horse”.

I don’t think teams seeded in the top 4 are “dark horses” because in theory they are expected to get to the final 4. For example #6 Fair Haven I consider to be a “Dark Horse” in Division 2.

I will say that Missisquoi in Division 1 is probably an exception as I don’t think too many people think Missisquoi will win it all in D1!
