I don’t think Manny Machado did anything wrong on that slide into 2nd base on Saturday.

Matt Barnes should never have thrown at Machado’s head. You just don’t do that. He says he didn’t do it on purpose. I don’t know if he’s telling the truth or not and either does anybody else. We can’t climb into his head. I will say this I don’t trust his control so maybe the pitch got away. Who knows? He did get a four game suspension and I think he’s lucky he didn’t get more.
