It Has Been Quite a Summer by George Commo

A lot has happened over the last two and a half months … while I was away chasing a disappointing Lake Monsters team around the Northeast and guiding tourists around Greater Burlington the Penguins won a Stanley Cup … Lebron and the Cavs shocked Curry and the Warriors for an NBA title … the Red Sox have hung in in a very tight AL East and Wildcard race … a race which still includes the Yankees, despite their selling off of several stars at the trade deadline.

Well September is here and I’m glad to be back to follow that baseball race to it’s conclusion … to jump into an NFL season without Tom Brady … and to begin another fall college and high school season.

The Really Big Sports Show is gone, but in its place we will soon debut NSN Sportstalk, and Jack Healey and I are happy to announce that we will be back at the controls.

So here we go … and I begin with this week’s strictly a guess high school football predictions for Week One …
