Congratulations to the US women’s soccer team. They won and they deserved it. They deserve all the accolades and the parade up “The Canyon of Heroes” is an honor that not everybody gets. I was rooting for them, but I still don’t think they were that likable. If they don’t want to go to the White House that’s their choice and they have the right of course. I don’t care what they think of President Trump and what he has said etc., but I would still go if I was on the team. I would go in a second. I’ve said it a million times, it’s about the experience not the politics.
Most All Star games are a joke especially the NFL game, but the baseball All Star game is still pretty good and it’s still special. I’m going with the American League tonight!
I’m giddy that Durant and Irving went to Brooklyn instead of the Knicks and Leonard and George went to the Clippers instead of the Lakers. The Lakers are real good, but it would be nice if Jim Rome and Fox Sports would realize that not everybody lives in LA or is a Lakers fan.
It’s a week off for me and maybe I’ll be able to stay up until at least the 5th inning tonight.
