Men’s Hockey: Cadets to host free skills camp on Saturday, Oct. 24

NORTHFIELD – The Norwich University men’s ice hockey team will be hosting a free skills camp this Saturday, Oct. 24 from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. in Kreitzberg Arena.

Players of all skill levels are invited to work with the Cadets as they run through a variety of drills during two, one-hour practice sessions. The first session from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. is for players ages 7 to 12 (mites and squirts) with the second session from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. for 13 to 17 year olds (peewee and bantams).

Full hockey equipment is required to participate in the camp.

Following the two sessions, camp attendees and their families are invited to meet and greet the Cadet players from 11:15-12 p.m. in the visitor’s locker room lobby of Kreitzberg Arena. 2015-16 Norwich men’s hockey schedules will be available along with a chance for autographs and pictures with the players.
