VPA Sets Seeds and Pairings for State Soccer and Field Hockey Tournaments

MONTPELIER — The Vermont Principals Association has set the Seeds and Pairings for the State soccer and field hockey tournaments which will begin with playdown action on Tuesday.

In Boys Soccer CVU is top seeded in Division One, followed by number two South Burlington, number three Essex and number four Brattleboro.

In Boys Division Two Stowe is the top seed, followed by number two Middlebury, number three Harwood and number four Milton.

In Boys Division Three Winooski gets the top seed, ahead of number two Enosburg, number three Hazen Union and number four Green Mountain Union.

In Boys Division Four Twin Valley is seeded number one, followed by number two Proctor, number three Arlington and number four Rivendell.

In Division One Girls Soccer the top seed is CVU. Burr and Burton is second, Colchester is third and Burlington is fourth.

In Girls Division Two U-32 is top seeded, ahead of number two Mt.Abraham, number three Fair Haven and number four Montpelier.

In girls Division Three the top seed goes to Thetford. Vergennes is number two, Leland & Gray is number three and People’s Academy is number four.

In Girls Division Four the top seed is Proctor, followed by number two West Rutland, number three Rivendell and number four Blue Mountain.

In Division One Field Hockey the top seed goes to Rice, followed by number two CVU, number three South Burlington and number four Mt.Mansfield.

The top seed in Division Two Field Hockey goes to Otter Valley, ahead of number two Mt. Abraham, number three Hartford and number four Burr & Burton.

IN Division Thee Field Hockey Windsor is the top seed, followed by number two Stowe, number three Lyndon Institute and number four Missisquoi.
