The Yankees get the big fish and the big fish is really,really good!
The Yankees were awesome anyway, but getting Cole makes them more awesome for sure. If you sign a guy to a big contract and even if you win just one World Series the contract is worth it. I’m thinking that #28 will come for the Yankees sooner rather than later, but you never know as you still have to play the games.
Rob Parker is one of the co hosts on Fox Sports Radio and is on Fox Sports on TV occasionally and personally I think he stinks as a broadcaster. He has been on Tom Brady’s case for years saying he’s over rated and blah,blah,blah! This year he says he’s been right about Brady and Brady should retire. That’s funny because with all his criticism about Brady I guess he hasn’t noticed that the Patriots have been to the last three Super Bowls and won two of them including the last one. They have won three since 2015. Come on Man! Or should I say Come On Rob! Right or wrong this year, your criticism of Brady year after year is really hollow. It really is!
On the latest Patriot video scandal or whatever you want to call it as I wrote yesterday is “much ado about nothing”. The Patriots should be fined for being stupid if nothing else, but come on man! If they were up to no good, they certainly weren’t discreet about it. Again it was probably stupid and the Patriots I will say have done some stupid things,but I don’t think they were trying to cheat.
