EWING, NJ. — The Middlebury Panthers fall behind 6-0 before rallying, but fell to the College of New Jersey 8-4 this afternoon in the NCAA Division Three Women’s Lacrosse Tournament quarterfinals. The loss elimniates the defending national champion Panthers from the tournament.

Down 6-0 Middlebury scored three straight third quarter goals to cut the deficit to three, but they could get no closer in the ending their season at 16-5.
