12/29/2009 10:15 AM - Rutland VT. The Mill River Minutemen and the Rutland Raiders advanced today in the Rutland Holiday Classic held at Rutland’s Keefe Gym. Sparked by a big performance by Sophomore Harrison Taggart, Mill River overpowered the Middlebury Tigers in just about every aspect of the game. From rebounding to complete ball control the youthfull Minutemen have it all. In the Raiders game with cross town rival MSJ the Raiders used big time games from Junior Troy Davine, and senior Andrew Borkowski to get the win over the Mounties.
