Carl Crawford reported to spring training yesterday and he didn't sound that upset that John Henry wasn't completely on board when it came to signing him to a hefty multi year contract. The media said he was upset, but I didn't get that feeling at all did you? Henry had made the comments to a Boston radio station back in December.

The Castleton mens and womens basketball teams are both seeded #1 in the NAC Tournament and both will be hosting quarter final games tonight. The men will be hosting #8 Lyndon State and the women will be hosting #8 Thomas. NSN will video cast both games tonight starting at 5:30. The mens and womens NAC final 4 will both be played at the highest remaining seed this weekend and NSN will be there to video cast all the action.
