EB 2-16-12

In Antoine Walker and Paul Pierce's early years games like last night happened all the time.  Last night, Rajon Rondo threw down 35 points on the Pistons but the C's lost anyways.  Anyone remember what it was like in those early years? They didn't win in the playoffs-save for just one year-and even then they didn't win the title.  So, fast-forward to this year, Garnett was out with a stubbed toe after looking "perfectly fine in the shoot around" according to Doc Rivers.  They all look old and slow-and the three guard offense of the Pistons looked young-cause they are.  Losing to Lawrence Frank is like losing to your little sister in a game of 1 on 1, in fact, it might be worse.

Nice to see UVM take control of their own destiny last night in Albany.  Only a 50-47 win but it just may be the biggest of the year as it sets the stage for them.  A win on the road in any conference isn't easy, whether you win by 1 or in this case 3.  I'm sure Coach Becker will take it.

4 games left for my club and we need 'em all for playoff positioning.  None will be easy either.  Just the nature of the beast I guess.  A lot of teams out there that are pretty equal as I mentioned previously.
