Norwich Forward's 17 points Led Cadets Mens Hockey to Undefeated Month

Norwich University sophomore forward Travis Janke has been named the Vermont Open Division Athlete of the Month for November by the Vermont Sportscasters and Sportswriters Association.

Janke was a key part of the Cadets' 6-0 start in November, scoring five goals and adding twelve assists for 17 points in the six games. He put up a goal and three assists in a 7-4 win at University of New England, three more assists in a 5-1 victory at Southern Maine, two assists in a 6-3 win over New England College, and three goals and an assist in a 5-2 victory over St. Anselm.
He then finished the month with a goal in a 3-0 win over Plattsburgh State and three assists in a 5-2 victory over Elmira as Norwich won its seventh Primelink Great Northern Shootout title.
